Job description
A growing property management firm is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist in the daily operation of our property in Corpus Christi - Sugar Tree Apartment Homes.
Responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant;
- Be comfortable touring the property and presenting apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
- Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
- Validate application information and references.
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.

- Strong customer service, communication skills and sales skills
- Interpersonal Skills, ability to multitask
- Marketing Knowledge
- File management experience and computer proficiency, required
- Ability to work Saturdays, required
- Valid driver’s license, required
- Yardi experience, preferred
- Leasing experience, preferred
- Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test, required
COMPENSATION:
- Up to $16-17/hr. depending on experience.
- Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities
