Campus Pastor Resident (Future Roles)

Lead by example while creating a place for people to become real with themselves, God and others. Work alongside a campus pastor in a key leadership role at a Sandals Church campus, engaging with the day-to-day work of maintaining and investing in a campus. Please note that this opportunity is for a future role.

SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and promote the vision of one Sandals Church in many locations
• Oversee and regularly monitor the culture, environment and guest experience at your campus
• Implement and foster a culture of excellence within your campus
• Lead strategies to increase attendance and improve retention
• Oversee all ministries within your campus to ensure they are effective and thriving
• Recruit, build and manage campus staff with clear expectations and deliverables
• Lead and disciple the people from your campus
• Build relationships with other pastors and leaders in the community
• Help coordinate local outreach
• Train and empower people to do what you do

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

• Pay Range: $50k-$70k per year
• Full Time 40 hours per week.

• We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure and that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer.
