As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our services and products. You will also be responsible for creating and posting engaging social media content to attract and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be 18 or older.
-Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Educate customers on tanning services, products, and membership options.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate tanning memberships and products.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales. - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the salon’s POS system.
- Document and update customer profiles and records to comply with health department requirements.
- Keep the salon clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Create and post engaging social media content. Qualifications: - Must be 18 or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and POS systems.
- Enthusiastic about the tanning industry and willing to learn about new products and services.
