- Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians and under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident interactions
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of resident care plans and preferences
- Provide support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with vital signs and other clinical assessments as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care and promote a positive, respectful environment
Requirements:
- Certification as a Medication Aide in the state of Oklahoma
- High school diploma or equivalent required
