- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the community, promoting teamwork and collaboration among all groups.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of the National Academic League (NAL).
- Provide instruction on fundamental skills and strategies to students.
- Motivate and inspire students to excel both academically and athletically.
- Maintain professionalism and serve as a positive role model for student-athletes.
- Previous coaching experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preference may be given to candidates who are certified district employees.
- Employment is at will and may be ended by either party at any time for any lawful reason.
