About the RoleWe are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented part-time Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to support our St. Michael properties, including Cornerstone Village I & II and Connex. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with residents, assisting prospective renters, and helping create a welcoming community environment.
What You’ll Do- Assist with leasing activities, resident communication, and prospective renter inquiries.
- Help support day-to-day property operations and maintain organized resident and applicant information.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, applicants, vendors, and team members.
- Assist with property tours, move-in and move-out processes, lease renewals, and general administrative duties.
- Support a positive teamwork environment and help promote a welcoming community at each location.
- Leasing agent and/or property management experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized, follow through on tasks, and work independently.
- Professional, friendly, and team-focused approach.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn property management systems.
