Overview
We're seeking an analytical Business Analyst/Integration Liaison to join our team in Stamford, CT. In this role, you'll partner with the client's business units, specifically Finance/Accounting and Business Planning, in the day-to-day coordination and planning for a highly complex business integration. You will support success by working directly with the business units in assisting them with defining and executing their plans. This role requires on-site presence in Stamford, CT 4 days per week. All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Directly facilitate process for business units to obtain needed information to inform their integration planning and execution
• Lead or contribute to weekly discussions with senior leaders within designated business units to ensure successful development of integration plan
• Partner with other liaisons and business units in the identification of key dependencies and risks related to close of the transaction
• Provide ad hoc analysis as needed, specifically for Finance/Accounting and Business Planning business units
• Effectively manage information request process in a timely, accurate manner in alignment with defined process guidelines
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in business consulting or financial analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights.
• Proactive and autonomous with a strong results-oriented and goal-driven mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with internal teams, external partners, and institutional clients.
• Advanced skills in crafting executive-level deliverables, including presentations, polished Excel-based analysis and concise status reports.
• Must have strong, practical experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Sharepoint
• Strong attention to logical narrative and process flow, strategic coherence to business goals, and high visual presentation quality.

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long-term consulting engagement, with an annual range of $125k-$140k. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
