Resident Property Manager
Sanctum Storage
Sanctum Storage is seeking a sales-driven, tech-savvy On-Site Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our self-storage facility.
This is a live-on-site position and includes a private apartment (single-occupancy only) as part of the compensation package.
What You’ll Do
Leasing & Sales (Primary Focus)
- Respond to phone, online, and walk-in inquiries
- Conduct unit tours and close new leases
- Follow up on leads to drive occupancy
- Upsell appropriate unit sizes and add-on products
- Help achieve monthly revenue and occupancy goals
Technology & Administration
- Operate property management software daily
- Process leases, payments, and reports
- Maintain accurate tenant records
- Manage delinquency communication
Facility Oversight
- Perform daily property walks
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal
- Handle minor repairs (locks, lights, basic maintenance)
- Coordinate vendors as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Comfortable using technology and property management systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Handy with basic repairs and tools
- Professional and customer-focused
Experience in self-storage, leasing, retail sales, or property management preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commissions for new leases
