Job Description
As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure the property and units remain in excellent condition. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Coat a roof with elastomeric roof coating
- Interior roll-up door cleaning, rubber seal, and felt replacement
- Building expansion caulking.
- Replace the flag and light bulbs along the fence line
- Wooden fence repairs
- Chainlink Fence repairs
- Perform routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Clean and maintain storage units, hallways, and facility grounds
- Conduct minor repairs (e.g., doors, latches, lights, gutters)
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing and weed control as needed
- Assist with light construction or painting tasks when necessary
- Monitor facility security and report any issues to management
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
Requirements
- General handyman/maintenance experience required
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Schedule
- Hours: 10–20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available during business hours (Monday–Saturday)
