Job Description:
Sanctum Security Services is seeking a professional and reliable Security Guard for a residential community in Antioch.
This position will begin with coverage on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and will transition to 5–6 days per week in early May.
Start Date: April 17th or April 24th
Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Responsibilities:
This is an active enforcement role — not just observe and report.
- Enforce all community rules and regulations
- Monitor pool, clubhouse, and BBQ areas
- Verify access and ensure only authorized individuals are permitted on-site
- Address violations such as unauthorized guests, alcohol use, and disruptive behavior
- Politely but firmly ask individuals to leave if they are not in compliance
- Contact local authorities if individuals refuse to comply
- Maintain a strong, visible presence to deter unwanted activity
- Provide professional communication with residents
Requirements:
- Valid California Guard Card (required)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
