Sales & Marketing Intern

Note: this role is open to applicants 𝟭𝟴 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼, 𝗨𝗦𝗔 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿. This is an 𝘂𝗻𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 for a minimum of 2 months for someone looking to gain experience in sales and marketing and/or our industry.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲

We’re looking for a part-time, Sales & Marketing Intern to support our growth. This is a hands-on role on a small, fast-moving team, where you’ll work directly with the founder and sales & marketing lead.

You’ll help promote and sell our retreats and events, through:

1) helping develop sales strategies and assets for all channels from the website and email, through pitch decks and proposals, print media and live meetings and events

2) supporting the sales process with both individuals and organization that we provide retreats to.

This role is a great fit if you’re excited by early-stage companies, like taking ownership of your work, and want real exposure to sales and marketing in a cutting-edge space. We value open communication, responsiveness, a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn as we go.

You’ll have flexibility to manage your own schedule as long as deadlines are met, along with occasional, brief check-ins to stay aligned.

While the role is remote, we're looking for someone with the 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 to work with the team, collaborate with vendors and clients, and support in-person events.

• Sales and marketing business functions 

• Working with high-impact business groups, from high net worth individuals (HNWIs) to non-profit organizations

• Using AI tools for content creation, optimization, and analytics

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business or related field

•   Interest in psychedelic-assisted therapy, personal development, and/or wellness

• Familiarity with basic sales and marketing concepts and processes and an eagerness to build further knowledge and skills in these areas

• Basic content creation skills, from copywriting to visuals

• Reliability, commitment and eagerness to learn and contribute

• Capabilities in any relevant tools like CRM, email marketing and AI is a plus
