What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Services Coordinator position at Sanctuary, Inc.?
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Quality Services Coordinator is responsible for promoting and maintaining high-quality, trauma-informed, and survivor-centered services throughout the organization. This position ensures that programs meet established standards of care, comply with funder and accreditation requirements, and continuously improve based on client feedback and outcome data.
The Coordinator also supports client relocation and stabilization efforts, helping survivors successfully transition from crisis or shelter services to safe, independent living. Acting as both a quality monitor and service connector, the Quality Services Coordinator strengthens overall client experience and agency performance. This position plays an active role in supporting client and agency throughout agency and/or client grievance processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement systems and surveys to monitor service quality, client
satisfaction, and program outcomes.
Review case files, service records, and data reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with agency and grant requirements.
Support the creation and updating of policies, procedures, and forms related to service delivery.
Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership regarding program effectiveness and improvement areas.
Facilitate quality improvement based on client experiences, emphasizing dignity, safety, and empowerment.
Serve as a point of contact for clients to share feedback, concerns, or requests for assistance.
Coordinate client relocation and stabilization efforts in collaboration with advocates and housing partners.
Monitor follow-up and ensure clients have access to ongoing support and community resources.
Coordinate staff training and support initiatives related to service quality, compliance, and client-centered care.
Develop and implement the Survivor Council framework – Establish the mission, structure, policies, and goals to ensure the council is survivor-centered, safe, and trauma-informed.
Recruit, support, and facilitate council members – Identify and engage diverse survivors, provide orientation and ongoing support, and lead regular meetings that empower members to share input and experiences.
Integrate survivor voices into organizational decisions – Serve as a liaison between the council and leadership to ensure survivor perspectives inform programs, policies, and advocacy efforts.
Attend staff meetings and other relevant training.
