Duties

- Conduct crisis intervention and crisis management when necessary, ensuring client safety and stabilization.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care and share insights from a peer perspective.
- Document interactions and progress using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems accurately and confidentially.
- Facilitate group activities or support groups aimed at building community and resilience.
- Educate clients about behavioral health resources, addiction counseling options, and social services available in the community.
- Maintain professional boundaries while fostering a trusting, supportive environment.
Skills
