Sanctuary is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) whose primary focus will be conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations. We have built one of the strongest referral networks in Southeast Idaho, resulting in a steady demand for psychological testing services.
This is a psychological testing position—not a traditional therapy role. You'll spend your time evaluating clients, answering important diagnostic questions, and providing meaningful recommendations rather than maintaining an ongoing therapy caseload.
Whether your passion is ADHD, Autism, cognitive, personality, diagnostic clarification, or pre-surgical evaluations, you'll have the opportunity to build a thriving assessment practice backed by a strong referral network.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations.
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments.
- Complete diagnostic interviews.
- Prepare integrated psychological evaluation reports.
- Provide diagnostic feedback and treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, schools, attorneys, and community providers.
- Document services using our streamlined EMR.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Licensed (or license eligible) Psychologist in Idaho
- Experience administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological assessments
- Excellent diagnostic and report-writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
