Job Description:
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You will assist residents with daily living activities, help maintain a safe and clean environment, and support residents’ dignity and well-being.
Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Take and record vital signs, weight, and other health metrics

Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring residents safely

Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or mental condition

Help serve meals and assist with feeding as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Foster a positive, caring, and respectful environment for residents and families
