Job Summary
Sanctuary Massage & Wellness is a boutique massage practice dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic massage in a peaceful, luxurious environment.
We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and dependable massage therapist to join our growing business.

What We Offer
- 40% commission on massage services plus 100% of tips

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality relaxation and therapeutic massage tailored to each client’s individual needs
- Create a comfortable, welcoming, and professional experience for every client
- Communicate with clients regarding their preferences, treatment goals, and areas of concern
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment room
- Complete appropriate client documentation
- Follow professional standards for sanitation, safety, privacy, and client boundaries
- Maintain the high standards of service and professionalism associated with Sanctuary Massage & Wellness
Qualifications
- Completion of a professional massage therapy education program
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Commitment to client comfort, safety, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage scheduled appointments
Experience with deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal massage, or other specialty modalities is a plus but not required.

Scheduling
This is a part-time W-2 employee position with appointments scheduled in advance. Sanctuary operates by appointment only and does not accept walk-ins.
The therapist will primarily work independently on designated days, with occasional opportunities to collaborate on couples massage appointments.
Our goal is to provide a flexible, enjoyable work environment where therapists can focus on delivering excellent massage rather than spending unnecessary hours waiting for appointments.
