Responsibilities

- Maintain compliance with all state and local licensing regulations, health and safety standards
- Foster positive relationships with families, providing regular communication about children’s progress and center activities
- Oversee enrollment processes, including marketing efforts to attract new families and managing waitlists as needed
- Manage daily operations such as scheduling, supply procurement, and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Coordinate ongoing professional development opportunities for staff to enhance teaching skills and educational practices
Experience
- Higher education teaching experience in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable
- Proven background in education administration within a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Extensive university experience working with students or young learners
- Demonstrated success in leading teams of educators or administrative staff in an educational environment
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, classroom management, and developmental milestones for young children
