Job Type: Full-time | In Person
Sanctuary Hospice House is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse for our Hospice House team. This position offers a unique 7 on / 7 off schedule, giving you an excellent work-life balance while providing meaningful, patient-focused care.
You’ll have low staff-to-patient ratios (1 RN 1 nurse aide for just 8 -10 patients), allowing you the time and support needed to provide the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a supportive, compassionate environment
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure patient comfort and dignity
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions effectively
- Support patients and families through end-of-life care
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
