Role Description
We're looking for dedicated Licensed Massage Therapists to join our fast-growing Spa! Part-time and Full-time opportunities are available. Weekend availability is required. Requires some holidays. Sanctuary Day Spa & Boutique is closed on Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
- Provide a wide range of massage modalities (deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, etc.).
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand each client's preferences, concerns, and wellness goals.
- Deliver customized treatment plans that reflect the needs of every guest.
- Create a welcoming, calm environment that promotes relaxation.
- Encourage client retention.
- Work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a valid Tennessee Massage License.
- Must comply with all rules and regulations set by the Tennessee Massage Board.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must enjoy working with others and being part of a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Must demonstrate the ability to be punctual, reliable and maintain consistent attendance.
