Sanctuary Custom Construction – Tucson, AZ
We build high-end, architect-driven custom homes in Southern Arizona and we’re growing!
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator to support the Owner and Project Manager.
This role is the central hub of project information — keeping selections, proposals, change orders, and vendor lead times clean, documented, and moving forward inside Buildertrend.
What You’ll Do:
• Track client selections and approvals
• Confirm vendor lead times and order accuracy
• Ensure materials arrive before scheduled construction milestones
• Organize subcontractor proposals during pre-construction
• Support bidding and pricing coordination
• Maintain clean, accurate documentation in Buildertrend
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, architects, designers, and vendors
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Extremely organized
• Professional in appearance and communication
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• A team player who takes pride in doing things right
Experience in construction is helpful but not required. Organization, professionalism, and follow-through matter most.
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 DOE
