Job Summary:
Room Attendants are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards. This position ensures a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest.
Responsibilities:
Clean and restock guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Report maintenance issues or lost items
Clean and Prepare Guest Rooms: Ensure rooms are spotless by making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming floors.
Restock and Replenish Supplies: Provide guests with fresh towels, toiletries, and other amenities as needed.
Ensure Quality and Safety: Follow cleaning protocols to ensure rooms are ready for guests, paying attention to health and safety standards.
Respond to Guest Requests: Assist with special requests like additional pillows, towels, or other room amenities.
Maintain Hotel Standards: Ensure the hotel meets cleanliness and service standards, and work to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Attention to Detail: Ability to perform work with accuracy and efficiency.
Positive Attitude: Friendly, reliable, and willing to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
