Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to join our nursing team. We have openings on our rehab unit and long-term care unit. Each resident unit is supported by a Unit Manager and full-time unit clerks to ensure quality care and organizational support. Our state-of-the-art rehab center is designed to aid in the rehabilitation of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and progress.
- Support residents with daily activities and personal care.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN/LPN license.
- Experience in short-term rehab or long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
