Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dealership in Rogersville, Missouri. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, and driven to provide excellent customer service while helping customers find the right trailer for their needs.

This position is responsible for generating sales, working with customers from initial inquiry through purchase, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their trailer needs and budget.
• Recommend trailers based on customer requirements, including utility, enclosed, dump, equipment, cargo, and other trailer types.
• Demonstrate trailer features, options, and accessories.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, website leads, and walk-in customers.
• Prepare quotes, sales paperwork, and financing information.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining dealership profitability.
• Follow up with leads
• Post Inventory
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, trailer specifications, pricing, and manufacturer offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-service experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive, trailer, equipment, agriculture, or powersports sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated
• Comfortable working with customers and negotiating purchases.
• Ability to learn trailer specifications and product features.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM/sales software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
