Position Summary:

Position Description:	Program Manager – Personnel Security
Location:	Hanover, MD or Fort Meade, MD
Work Posture:	On-site (Telework on a situational/ad-hoc basis)
Travel:	Occasional
Deployment:	No
Drug screening:	Yes
Security Clearance: Citizenship:	TS/SCI Must be a U.S. Citizen
Required Experience	Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in personnel security clearance processes and a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing a staff of 40 personnel. Must demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task by accurately and efficiently performing in all areas concerning performance reporting, personnel duty scheduling, personnel recruiting and retention, etc. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Must possess experience in contract management, process optimization, and risk mitigation. Must possess a working knowledge of National Security Databases and other applications including DISS, NBIS eApp, DCII, DEIDS, Department of Public Safety (DPS), U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), CVS, Suitability/Security Investigations Index (SII), and Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS) personnel security applications/systems.
Preferred Experience	Project Management Institute’s (PMI) certification
Salary:	Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

SANCORP is seeking a Program Manager in support of Personnel Security Support Services within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. The following are examples of responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of daily contract execution and management.
Oversee program management office operations, securing resources (including staffing) to meet contract demands, and ensuring timely responses to tasking requirements.
Accountable for fulfilling all technical, financial, and contractual obligations of the contract, guaranteeing that all contract requirements are met.
