Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify information across databases and ERP systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process order entry and ensure customer requests are handled promptly and correctly.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy access and record retention.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related questions.
- Compile, review, and organize data for reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic data analysis.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as transcription, document handling, filing, and data collection.
- Support daily office operations by using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Assist team members with general administrative duties as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical support, customer service, or administrative work.
- Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for data verification and order processing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience handling filing, transcription, data collection, or order entry is preferred.
