Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain shipment, delivery, customer, and driver information in company
systems.
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Create, update, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
Track delivery statuses and update records in real time.
Support dispatch and operations teams with administrative tasks.
Organize and maintain electronic records and documentation.
Monitor emails and logistics-related communications.
Collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, and management to ensure accurate reporting.
Identify process improvements and proactively address operational issues.
Assist with special projects and reporting as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, logistics, transportation, or a related field
preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data
management.
