Sanbornton Central School, located in the beautiful Lakes Region, is seeking a dedicated and passionate elementary teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. Anticipated opening for Grade 3.
Elementary classroom teachers at Sanbornton Central Elementary School are responsible for instructing students across multiple subject areas and for designing and implementing a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program that supports the academic and social-emotional growth of all learners.

Responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction across core content areas
Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Using assessment data to inform instruction and meet the diverse needs of learners
Collaborating with colleagues, specialists, and families to support student success
Supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral development of students
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Master’s Degree preferred)
NH teacher certification in Elementary Education (or SOE)
Strong instructional, classroom management, and communication skills
Commitment to collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement
Ability to utilize all required WRSD instructional technology tools and applications
Experience with and understanding of the science of reading practices, preferred
