SUMMARY

The Marketing Specialist - Branding, Design, Engagement will help lead Sanborn's visual identity, creative production, multimedia storytelling, conference activation, and reusable customer-facing collateral. Executing priorities established by the Chief Revenue Officer, this role converts approved campaign briefs into compelling visual experiences across Sanborn's six revenue verticals and shared solution practices.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES

Brand Management and Creative Direction

  • Maintain and apply Sanborn's visual identity across digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, video, and internal materials.
  • Establish practical brand standards, templates, design systems, and quality controls that enable consistent production by a two-person team.
  • Create reusable visual systems that can be adapted across revenue verticals, shared solution practices, and government and commercial audiences.
  • Review customer-facing materials for visual consistency and brand compliance.
  • Coordinate external designers, printers, photographers, videographers, fabricators, and creative vendors when approved.

Graphic Design and Visual Storytelling

  • Design reports, solution briefs, case studies, white papers, infographics, diagrams, presentations, advertisements, webpages, handouts, booth graphics, signage, and digital campaign assets.
  • Translate technical information, data, workflows, use cases, and project outcomes into clear visual stories.
  • Develop modular visual content that can be reused across web, email, social media, webinars, conferences, presentations, proposals, and sales outreach.
  • Create prioritized sales and business-development collateral, including one-pagers, leave-behinds, account-specific presentations, and executive briefing materials.
  • Provide proposal graphics and layout support when prioritized through the marketing intake process.

Social Creative, Video and Multimedia

  • Produce social graphics, short-form visual content, animations, field stories, and campaign creative based on approved messaging.
  • Create and edit interviews, demonstrations, customer stories, webinar excerpts, and other short-form videos.
  • Develop webinar visuals, speaker materials, title graphics, visual transitions, and post-event multimedia assets.
  • Maintain production standards for image quality, accessibility, file formats, and brand consistency.
  • Repurpose approved flagship content into multiple visual formats to extend campaign value.

Conference and Market Engagement

  • Create event-specific creative kits aligned with CRO-approved market priorities and quarterly campaign themes.
  • Design, source, order, inventory, pack, label, ship, receive, and track booth materials, displays, handouts, promotional items, and related collateral.
  • Coordinate production specifications, vendors, shipping deadlines, delivery, return logistics, and asset readiness.
  • Support onsite or remote content capture and convert event activity into reusable post-event content.
  • Escalate event-related capacity conflicts and avoid producing unsupported one-off materials outside approved priorities.

Creative Asset and Production Management

  • Maintain an organized, searchable library of approved images, recordings, videos, logos, templates, presentations, campaign files, and production assets.
  • Maintain master templates for documents, presentations, letterhead, social media, events, and commonly requested marketing materials.
  • Document usage rights, source information, customer approvals, versions, and production specifications where applicable.
  • Manage creative intake, production schedules, proofing, vendor deliverables, and final-file archiving.
  • Apply efficient production practices that reduce custom one-off work and increase reuse.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
