Your Role at Sana Lake
Sana Lake is seeking a Residential Coordinator who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!
The purpose of the Residential Coordinator is to support and manage the Member Care Specialist staff who are instrumental in providing a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for individuals while they are attending residential treatment. The Residential Coordinator ensures that all MCS shifts are covered according to standards. They are also responsible for the hiring, firing, onboarding, and ongoing training and development of MCS staff, as well as the upkeep of the therapeutic milieu.
We would be interested in talking to you if you have:
- A High School Diploma
- A minimum of 1 year of management experience and a general understanding of substance use disorders
- The ability to work as a team member and have good management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to cope constructively and appropriately with members
