Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Therapist (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT) with experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders to join our outpatient clinical team. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about working with individuals who experience a history of substance use disorders, disordered eating, as well as other co-occurring mental health challenges (GAD, MDD, PTSD, etc.).

The clinician will provide outpatient individual, group, and family therapy as needed using evidence-based modalities tailored to the needs of each member.  This position will see individuals who have gained a period of sobriety from substances and are interested in improving their relationship with food, their disordered eating, and their cross-addictions. The ideal candidate will bring empathy, clinical expertise, and a strong understanding of the connection between addiction, disordered eating, and trauma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing eating disorders, substance use, and co-occurring concerns.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, Family Systems, etc.).
  • Address issues related to cross-addiction, body image, and emotional regulation in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, dietitians, nursing staff, and other behavioral health professionals to ensure integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education activities.
  • Provide psychoeducation and support to members and families around recovery, relapse prevention, and holistic well-being.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active clinical license in the state of practice: LPC, LMSW, or LMFT (provisional licensure considered).
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience treating eating disorders and/or substance use disorders preferred.
  • Experience with trauma-informed and co-occurring disorder treatment.
  • Working knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and family-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the inpatient or outpatient setting with individuals with an eating disorder or cross-addiction.
  • Familiarity with motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and mindfulness-based interventions.
  • Passion for helping individuals achieve full recovery through integrated and compassionate care.

Benefits

· Competitive compensation based on experience and licensure.

· Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

· Paid time off, holidays, and continuing education support.

· Opportunities for supervision and professional growth.

· Supportive, mission-driven team culture focused on holistic healing and member success.
