Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician (Member Care Specialist) who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

As a Member Care Specialist, you will:

• Act as a behavioral health technician and recovery support
• Be representatives of the treatment staff and observe all member activities, 
• Maintain a visible presence among members at the treatment center and during outside activities. 
• Circulate throughout the program to be available to meet any physical, emotional, or spiritual needs of the members
• Determine the need for additional support and ensure this information is provided to counselors, nurses, and therapists. 

This position is for our overnight shift, 7 pm - 7 am. 

We would love to learn more about you if you have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the treatment industry
• A current and valid Missouri Driver's License (Class E required after 30 days of employment)
