This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stowe, VT. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing clinical care to clients undergoing recovery. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and their families, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols.
- Strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and implementation of care plans
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation and records
- Compassionate and effective communication skills for patient counseling and team collaboration
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance use disorders, or willingness to learn
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont or eligibility to obtain one
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in mental health, addiction recovery, or similar healthcare settings is a plus
