Requirements:
Essential Functions:
Customer Service:
- Assist customers through the checkout and return procedures
- Complete damage inspections with customers
Administration:
- Accurately complete and handle rental documents according to company policy
- File all documentation according to company policy
Money Handling:
- Process transactions and account for all funds collected
Organizational Skills:
- Account for all rental units to ensure proper reservations are set and all appointments are met
Education Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Practical Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service
- Basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Should have a valid Driver’s License in order to legally operate a motor vehicle
