Role: General Manager
We’re seeking a General Manager to lead daily studio operations, support our teachers and admin team, and ensure our systems run smoothly across both locations. This is a hands-on operational leadership role and ideal for someone who is organized, steady, people-focused, and excellent at follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations and facility readiness
- Support teachers and staff with scheduling, communication, and problem-solving
- Ensure accurate, warm, and timely communication with families
- Execute SOPs and maintain system consistency (ClickUp, Opus, templates, checklists)
- Coordinate logistics for recitals, workshops, and group classes
- Maintain a positive, community-oriented environment
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years in operations, office management, school admin, or similar role
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
- Strong follow-through and a growth mindset
- Available to work on-site 5 days/week (with occasional additional events on weekends, in particular the quarterly recitals held on Sundays.)
Bonus: experience in education, arts administration, customer experience, or workflow systems.
Compensation
- $65,000–$70,000 DOE
