What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director, Strategic Facilities Program position at San Rafael City Schools?
This position has been designed and developed to support the planning and completion of capital facilities programs and projects. The position is funded by Measures B and C general obligation bonds. The position ends no later than the conclusion of work under Measures B and C which is projected to complete on or before the closing of fiscal year 2030.
Under the direction of the Deputy Superintendent of Business Services, the Senior Director, Strategic Strategic Program is responsible for managing the work of staff, consultants and contractors to modernize, renovate, expand and construct District facilities under Measures B and C. The Senior Director, Capital Strategic Program shall work with District staff, and with consultants including construction management firms, in the planning and execution of the District's facilities program as approved by the Board of Education, and to perform other job related duties as required. This is a senior classified management position; the Senior Director acts as chief advisor on bond program and capital facilities improvement matters.
