SUMMARY
As an integral part of San Pedro’s team, the Guest Services lead member assures all guest service matters are addressed while maintaining a secure facility. It supports the program department including the development and implementation of programs, retreatant/visitor needs, marketing/promotional demands, and wedding/funeral receptions arrangement.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• One (1) year of comparable experience
• High School Diploma
• Computer literate with experience in Windows
• Clear Driver’s License
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people in an atmosphere of collaboration and service
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Possess demonstrated ability to work in a church-related as well as service-oriented environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position requires walking, sitting for extended periods of time, bending, stretching, and stooping. . Need to be able to lift 35lbs. Repeated use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms. Must be able to see up close as well as from afar. Job incumbents must also possess the ability to hear and communicate both verbally and in writing, in person and via telephone and electronic communications.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The working hours of this position are not limited to an 8-hour day. This person will need to be available in the evening and at weekends, as needed. Must be willing to work in conditions of stress and function well under pressure.
