Stipends for Teachers Masters $1000 Doctorate $1,500 RSP/SDC $2,500 ASAH Certification $2,500 BCLAD $1,000 BCLAD (assigned to immersion school) $2,500 Montessori Certified (assigned to Montessori school) $2,500 Title I School $2,500 Medical benefits: 100% of the lowest cost HMO plan for employee-only coverage, no cash back. Commencing in the 2026-2027 plan year, the District's contribution toward two-party coverage shall increase to 33 1/3% annually until the District reaches a maximum contribution of 100% of the two-party lowest HMO plan premium in the 2028-2029 plan year.
