What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at San Marino Retirement Community?
First point of contact in person and by phone, our Receptionist/Office Assistant position is located in our beautiful Retirement Community.
Must be experienced in the following:
- Answering phones, multi-lines
-Advanced computer skills, well versed in social media
-Manage the front desk professionally while multi tasking
-When required, screen visitors upon entry
-Assist residents with a variety of needs, directing their questionsto appropriate staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
