MATERIALS Proof of NCLB Compliance (see below) To qualify for an Instructional Aide position, you must meet the State of California NCLB (No Child Left Behind) compliance requirement. When applying for this position, you must include proof of ONE (1) of the following with your application: 1. Passed CBEST 2. AA (Associates) or higher College Degree 3. 48 College Semester Units or higher (1.5 Quarter Units = 1 Semester Unit) 4. Proof of a passed NCLB Test with an employing School District* *If you do not already meet NCLB qualifications under #1, #2, #3 or #4 above, our District is offering NCLB testing by appointment only. To discuss test dates, contact Human Resources at (760) 752-1226. NCLB testing is subject to staff and conference room availability.
