Your responsibilities

- Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, and managing check-in and checkout.
- Setting up and assisting with doctor-directed therapies, teaching safe equipment use, and assisting with exams.
- Preparing patient information, care-plan financial summaries, and payment paperwork.
- Collecting payments and accurately recording charges, including supplement purchases.
- Calling and following up with prospective patients who requested information.
- Maintaining accurate records, entering information, scanning, and filing.
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, restocking, organizing, and supporting coworkers.
Phone outreach, financial conversations and cleaning are regular responsibilities.
Who will succeed here:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Arrives punctually, ready to work, and follows through reliably.
- Prioritizes, handles interruptions, and tracks details and unfinished tasks.
- Uses notes, checklists, and clinic systems to work accurately without repeated reminders.
- Connects warmly with people and confidently initiates conversations in person and by phone.
- Listens compassionately, explains policies clearly, and maintains professional boundaries.
- Welcomes feedback, asks questions, follows procedures, corrects mistakes promptly, and applies training.
- Communicates respectfully, takes initiative, and helps teammates.
- Wants to learn about chiropractic care and natural wellness while supporting patients under the doctor’s direction.
Experience in natural health or patient care is a plus, but not required—we provide hands-on training. Communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
What to expect—and what you’ll gain:
This active, demanding role requires sustained attention, frequent task changes, and learning multiple clinic functions. Staying composed and accurate while creating a positive patient experience is essential.
You must have consistent availability for the full posted schedule and training, with a commitment to this permanent, year-round role.
You’ll gain hands-on training, varied workdays, meaningful patient relationships, and opportunities to celebrate progress. Your contributions will be visible and valued, with hourly pay plus excellent bonus opportunities.
