As our ES Clinician, you'll earn $28.85–$38.95 per hour (unlicensed) or $6,008–$8,111/month (licensed). We're also proud to offer outstanding benefits and perks, including:

THE TYPE OF ES CLINICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
- 3 years of experience in the human service field
- LPC or LCSW or appropriate licensure/certification
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts with access to supervision 24/7
- Strong documentation, assessment, and crisis stabilization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel
- Basic Computer Skills in Microsoft Suite software
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR ES CLINICIAN
This position is full‑time, working seven 24‑hour shifts per month with round‑the‑clock supervisory support.
In this role, you'll conduct face-to-face crisis assessments across the Valley, coordinate with hospitals and law enforcement, determine the need for inpatient hospitalization, and guide individuals through their most critical moments. You'll document thoroughly, collaborate constantly, and serve as a trusted clinical leader while navigating complex decisions with professionalism, compassion, and confidence.
