Job Summary
DEFINITION: The Dean serves as support to the Principal and staff in the implementation of instructional program, student discipline, school policies, in the general supervision of the campus and school community environment by assuming such responsibilities as may be delegated to them by the Principal. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: LICENSES AND CREDENTIALS: A Bachelor’s degree and California Teaching Credential are required; enrollment in an appropriate administrative service program is required; a Master’s in Education is preferred; must have a valid California driver’s license. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience is required; leadership and management experience are desirable. KNOWLEDGE: Educational needs of Elementary students; student activities coordination; management; and leadership skills

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience is required; leadership and management experience are desirable. There are two positions available beginning in the 2024-25 school year. One position will support Boulder Creek Elementary School and the other position will be at San Lorenzo Valley Elementary School. Placement will be determined after final interviews have taken place.
