Join Our Residential Construction Team
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Residential Construction Laborer to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on position working on residential renovation and construction projects throughout Southern and Central New Hampshire.

We work on a variety of single-family homes, so you’ll have the opportunity to work on different projects and develop experience across many areas of residential construction.
What You'll Do
- Assist with residential remodeling, renovation, and construction projects
- Install interior trim around windows, doors, staircases, and other areas
- Build and frame decks
- Install cabinets and countertops
- Install and repair wood flooring
- Assist with rough framing and structural repairs
- Perform drywall, painting, and siding repairs
- Complete demolition of walls, kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas
- Measure, cut, shape, and install lumber and other building materials
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and properly
- Inspect work and complete necessary repairs or maintenance
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with the team to keep projects moving and completed on schedule
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Residential construction
- Remodeling
- Carpentry
- Flooring installation
- Cabinet installation
- Countertop installation
- Finish carpentry and trim
- Door installation
- Deck construction
- Rough framing
- Drywall
- Painting
- Siding
- Demolition

Requirements
- Construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred
- Must have your own general hand tools
- Must have a reliable vehicle and reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of construction materials and methods
- Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
- Good physical condition and ability to perform hands-on construction work
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Position Details
