As the Lead Groundskeeper, you will assist the Head Groundskeeper in overseeing daily operations and be responsible for (but not limited to):
-Coordinating and guiding the work of Groundskeepers to ensure efficient and high-quality maintenance of district grounds.
-Performing advanced grounds maintenance duties, including irrigation troubleshooting, minor repairs, and special projects.
-Supporting inventory management, ensuring tools and materials are available and properly maintained.
-Promoting and enforcing safety and compliance procedures throughout daily work activities.
-Operating and assisting others with forklifts, mowers, and specialized equipment, ensuring proper use and care.
-Demonstrating initiative, reliability, and professionalism as a role model for the grounds team.
