This manager coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to provide students with a safe, enriching, and welcoming environment. The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and customer service. This role plays a critical part in supporting the school’s mission by ensuring that every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

- Oversee the Auxiliary and Summer Camp programs, ensuring a safe, predictable, nurturing and engaging experience for students.
- Supervise and develop the professionalism and effectiveness of Auxiliary and Summer Camp personnel through the implementation of clear policies and regular professional development and feedback.
- Encourage and support employees in providing high-quality after-school experiences for students of all ages throughout the school year.
- Recruit and support vendors who can expand upon our after-school program by providing unique after-school learning opportunities.
- Recruit and support employees and vendors who can provide high-quality camp experiences for students in the summer.
- Build genuine and close relationships with students and their families.
- Communicate a clear mission to parents and students about the goals of our Auxiliary program.
- Provide families with clear, concise, advanced communication related to all after school activities that minimizes confusion and maximizes a positive experience for all.
- Assists in monitoring employee attendance and paperwork for payroll
- Establish effective communication with the school office to ensure the programs run smoothly.
