Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audiologist at our Los Gatos, CA location. Part-time position will be considered. The Audiologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic hearing evaluations, interpreting results, and recommending treatment options based on patient needs. Additional responsibilities include fitting and adjusting hearing aids, educating patients on hearing health, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The role also involves utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to deliver accurate testing and patient-focused solutions in a professional and empathetic environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic audiological evaluations and auditory assessments
• Experience with hearing aid fitting, programming, and adjustments
• Strong patient counseling, education, and rehabilitation skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Knowledge of current audiology practices, technologies, and equipment
• Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited program (AuD or equivalent required)
• Current California State Audiology License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
• Experience in a clinical or medical setting is preferred
