• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with insurance regulations
• Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches and product offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
• Knowledge of insurance products such as health, property casualty, or commercial insurance is preferred; familiarity with insurance regulation is a plus
• Ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
