San Jose Busser-Eng

Job Purpose:
- The ideal busser is responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and dining area. They will maintain a safe environment and be polite and friendly to guests

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, dining room
- Clear, organize, and consolidate dirty dishes
- Use pushcart to buss and transport dishes to dish pit
- Restock supplies
- Maintain busser station
- Sweep and mop
- Take out trash
- Set up and break down
- Be polite and friendly to guests
- Other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:
- Customer service
- Prior bussing experience
- Prior restaurant experience

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
