Location: San Jacinto Valley Post Acute
Pay Range: $17.48 per hour, DOE

San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Aide to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and enjoys supporting residents through quality meal service and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and cookware

• Monitor and document dish machine temperatures to ensure sanitation standards are met

• Prepare breakfast trays and fresh juices for residents

• Serve meals in a courteous, respectful, and compassionate manner

• Assist with food preparation tasks such as buttering bread, pouring beverages, and plating snacks

• Remove trash and maintain sanitation throughout the department

• Sweep, mop, and assist with stocking groceries and supplies

• Observe residents during meal service and report any concerns to supervisory staff
