Job Summary
The After-School Elementary Musical Theater Director is responsible for planning, directing, and producing an engaging musical theater program for elementary-aged students. This individual fosters a positive, inclusive, and creative environment where students develop confidence, teamwork, performance skills, and a love for the performing arts. The director oversees all aspects of the production process, from auditions through the final performance.
